These terms apply to your use of the WiFit app and website. By creating an account or using WiFit, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use WiFit. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
WiFit, including Gym Buddy, provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn't replace a doctor, dietitian or physical therapist. Calorie targets and suggestions are estimates. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new diet or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an injury, or take medication. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
Gym Buddy uses artificial intelligence. Its replies can be wrong, incomplete or not right for you. Check what it suggests before relying on it. Changes Gym Buddy makes for you show in the app and can be undone; some, like deleting entries or changing your goals, ask you to confirm first. Don't use Gym Buddy for emergencies.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, and some features (such as weight-loss goals and Gym Buddy chat) are not available to you.
Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
You own the information you enter in WiFit. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run WiFit for you, including sharing it with your connected trainer and with our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
Don't misuse WiFit. For example, don't try to access other people's data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, use it to break the law, or use Gym Buddy to create harmful content.
Test versions of WiFit (for example through TestFlight) may contain bugs, change without notice, or stop working. Please don't rely on a test version as your only record of important information.
We may change, suspend or stop parts of WiFit. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect.
WiFit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information in WiFit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
If you got WiFit from Apple's App Store or TestFlight, Apple's standard terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for WiFit or its support.
